We always adapt. We cook indoors or set up a covered area. In 75+ events, we've never cancelled due to weather.

Yes. We offer appetizers, salads, desserts and drinks to put together a complete menu. Many clients combine the paella with an Iberian charcuterie board and a homemade dessert.

Anywhere with a minimum of space: private homes, terraces, gardens, farmhouses, office venues, estates and outdoor spaces. We bring all the equipment.
