The website is hosted by Hostinger. When serving pages, the hosting infrastructure receives technical connection data. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, open a social network or load Google Maps, those services receive the data needed for the interaction and apply their own policies. The form is not automatically sent to WhatsApp.
Retention
No fixed retention period has been established and automatic deletion of enquiries has not been confirmed. You can ask about retention of your enquiry or request its erasure by emailing info@turolloprivado.com.
Retention must be limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose and, where applicable, legal obligations. No unconfirmed deletion period is asserted here.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable, by emailing info@turolloprivado.com or writing to the controller’s address. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your enquiry.
