A catering wasn’t born here. A cause was born.
Everything started where things that matter begin: at home.
A kitchen fired up. A long table. Open doors.
No one was invited. Everyone was welcome.
No excuses, no dress codes, no speeches. Just fire, amazing food, and real people.
Each week was different.
The menu changed, faces rotated, but the essence remained:
an unrepeatable moment that couldn’t be copied or repeated.
Until one day, there was no dinner.
And in that silence, we knew it wasn’t about the food. It was about what food creates.
Rituals, connections, memories.
That spark that ignites something beyond appetite.
That’s why Rollo Privado was born.
Not to “do catering.”
But to rescue the fire of those dinners no one asked for but everyone remembers.
To build experiences that don’t repeat, because they can’t be copied.
To put food back at the center of something bigger:
shared life without protocol.
We are Blàdik and Bryan, two detail obsessives, two rebels of the staging.
We don’t come from the mold, we broke it.
We don’t follow recipes, we set them on fire.
Here, there’s no dinner.
There’s conspiracy.
There’s feeling.
There’s celebration.
Bienvenido a Rollo Privado.
If you’re reading this, you’re already part of the ritual.
